New Question Design

Jan 02, 2020

Hi There, I am working on a creation of a new test, one of the questions requires the Test Taker to Select the appropriate word in the sentence to make it true, there are Three Spots were the test Taker would need to select the correct word. The Question is worded as such, Fill in the Blanks from the Mission Statemen

Improving patient lives by (Choose an Item) solutions that lead to a deeper understanding of the human body and demonstrate the importance of (Choose an Item) status and (Choose and Item) analysis.

The Word choices are grouped in Options

Option 1 : Guaranteeing, Ensuring, Providing (This is for the First Choice Only)

Option 2 Lean Mass, Fat Mass, Fluid (This is for the Second Choice)

Option 3: Fluid, Tissue, Volume

The answer is Provide for the First Section, Fluid for the Second Section and Tissue for the Third Section. I can create a Multiple Choice type Question, but how do I INSERT the individual (Options) choice selection in the line of a sentence so that the user can select which work to complete the sentence, I am not familiar with the triggers or if this is even possible, but asking to see if it is.

Hi Alan,

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! It sounds like you're trying to create a custom quiz question that has multiple fill in the blanks, is that correct?

Hopefully someone in the community can chime in with their design suggestions, but in the meantime, take a look at this demo where one of our superheroes, Wendy Farmer, posted an example similar to what you're looking for. Feel free to download the file and see if it will work for you!
