It may be an obvious item but I just can't figure it out. I am using a template from the Content Library and when I add a new slide layer, none of the content/graphics show. If I add a new blank slide and my own content it does show (as grayed out on the new layer). Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
Thank you for the info...I'm still not seeing why some of the CL templates are not working when creating a new layer slide. The attached is an example: the slides in Scene 1 result in a blank slide when you create a New Layer slide. Scene 2 is a different template slide that seems to be working correctly. Can you advise what I can be missing?
Hi there Kelly! All you need to do is click the eye icon to unlock visibility, and then you'll see the base layer under the slide layer. Hope that helps!
Alyssa is right, that you can change the visibility as shown, and our team who creates all the Content Library templates did share that the visibility was unlocked on that layout which is a goof in the file.
They'll be checking all the other files and ensure that the base layer visibility on all of the layouts is locked by default.

Can you check the slide layer properties? Is it set to hide the base layer or other slide layers?
