New subscriber, but nothing changed?

I had a free trial for Articulate 360 for September and October. Just today (11/7/20), I paid for the educator personal plan ($499). Seems like the payment went through. It shows up on my account as paid and will renew in 1 year. But nothing really changed in my Articulate 360. For instance, characters that were locked with a label that they are available only with subscription, still say that. Is it that there is a delay between when you subscribe and you get full access?
