New to ID

Wow, this website it awesome!  But it can also be a little overwhelming.  I am an ID and Training Administrator for a retailer and we are currently doing everything in PDF.  So the stores have to manually print, complete a workbook, and then submit answers to a test.  We recently purchased an LMS so I am working on taking all of our PDFs and putting them in Captivate and Articulate.  Any advice for those of us who are just coming into this type of technology?  I am at a loss.
