I am new to Storyline.  The videos do not appear on the tutorials.

I have Windows XP  Office 2007     What are the pc requirements to run this tutorial?

Hi Jackie and welcome to Heroes!

Do you mean you can't see the videos embedded on a tutorial page such as this one? 

You may want to check the version of Flash your browser is running and update it - you can use Adobe's site to confirm what version and update it. Also, you may want to test a different browser and confirm with your IT department that you'll be able to play them. 

Additionally, the system requirements for running Storyline are detailed here.

Thank you for supplying the system requirements information.   I  have Flash 14.   I tried on Explorer 8 and  FireFox but I cannot see the imbedded video.  My trial period is running out.  My department is very interested in this software because we want to convert our competency exams from a paper format on to a web based training module.  My IT dept tested my pc and confirmed that it meets all the requirements needed to run your software.    Could I have the trial period suspended until I get this resolved?
