Was the voiceover placed in the PPT as a playlist? If so, this is not supported in Storyline. Otherwise, we would expect the audio to import. Can you hear the audio if you publish the presentation? I've seen a user report here that they had to wait until publish.

What version of PPT?
It is PPT 2010.
