I'm brand new to using Storyline, and I'm sure my question is a very elementary one. All of my projects are saving as a .story file type. However, since I am the only person on my team who has the software, no one is able to view my project. How do I save to html or another file type that will be viewable by anyone on my team should I choose to email it to them or post it on our SharePoint or LMS?
Hi Lisa, I would just publish as HTML and push the output files to somewhere on your intranet and send the link to either story.html or launcher.html (depending on what options you selected for publishing) . Users without Storyline will not be able to view your .story project file itself, but published is not a problem.
It looks like you're getting some help here from Duane and Michael, and in addition to the link Michael share, here is some additional information on how to share your Storyline published content.
