Next and previous players buttons Do not work when triggered from the master slide

HiAll,

Has anyone encountered this? I have a set master slide triggers shown in picture.

However when I preview the slides the next and previous buttons do not work. There are no triggers on the content slide that could be overriding either.

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing with your project.

I was able to use your example and re-create the issue you mention. This has been reported to our team to further investigate and I've attached this conversation so that I can share any updates with you here.

In the meantime, using custom buttons and triggers on the Slide Masters works as expected. I've attached a basic sample file.

I have been using custom buttons in a different way on master slides. thanks for this alternative example and look forward to feedback on the issue

Hi all!

I am happy to report that we are not seeing this behavior in Storyline 360 (Build 3.49.24347.0):

Triggers for previous and next buttons on the Slide Masters didn't work.

If you're still running into this snag, make sure you're using the latest version of Storyline 360.
