We have a course with custom back and next buttons. When a user clicks back onto a certain quiz slide the storyline next and back buttons reappear in the player even though they are deselected. Can anyone help with this?
When you go back to a quiz slide after completing it Storyline thinks you are in 'review' mode so shows the default nav buttons so the user can progress through.
On the slide master of the layout the quiz slides are using try adding the following triggers:
Change state of Next button to hidden when timeline starts
Change state of Prev button to hidden when timeline starts.
If that doesn't work, upload your .story file and someone should be able to offer a solution for you.
