I do not understand your statement " but sometimes it needs to be moved out of the 'NEXT' button area".

Are you having issues with the NEXT button in the player?

If yes, when the NEXT button does not function, are you at the end of a Scene?

Have you looked at the Trigger for the NEXT button?

Do you mean to say that you have custom created a NEXT button and that it is somehow moving around?

I'd agree with Dennis and Vineetha here, that we need a bit more information. 

Are you seeing this in one particular browser or environment - or it's happening no matter where you test it? 

If you're able to share your .story file here with us (or even a sample/mock up that exhibits the same behavior) that would be helpful as well.
