The course has many slides and triggers. The problem happens when I use an iPad. I can't continue on the course because the 'next button' does nothing. It's normally enabled. Seems to be a 'bug'. Has anyone had a similar problem?
Are you using Storyline 2 and iOS8? There was an issue within the first iteration of Storyline 2 where:
You may find that you have to tap buttons more than once for them to work when viewing HTML5 content in iOS 8.
This issue was corrected inUpdate 1for Articulate Storyline 2. To take advantage of the new features and fixes, download and install the latest version from the link in your product confirmation email orget it here, then republish your course.
If you haven't done the update for Storyline yet, please look into doing that and then let us know how the course is behaving.
