It is not - Are you using template or files someone else created? Or have you adjusted your Menu Properties? If your Menu Properties are set to restricted or locked, then the Next Button will not work until the timeline of the slide completes. The default timing of a slide is 5 seconds unless you edit that or add an audio file that is longer than 5 seconds.
You both are wonderful, at the same time, my colleague and I were skimming the web and came across a blog about it. Thank you so much for responding within 20 minutes! That's HUGE!!
