Hi, Elizabeth.

Thank you for sharing your .story file!

I didn't notice anything different between the second slide and the others. The behavior was the same for all three: the user cannot drag the Seekbar, but they can press the Replay button, and it re-starts the slide.

If you want the user to drag the seekbar manually, you can change it in the player properties. Your project currently has it set as read-only. The other two options are:

  • Allow user to drag - the user is free to rewind and fast-forward within the slide.
  • Allow drag after completion - the seekbar is locked the first time the slide plays. After completion, the user is free to drag.

Let me know if this works!

So that is why I am confused.

It works perfectly fine on the Review 360 site, but once uploaded to our LMS it does not function correctly!

I've even tried deleting all triggers and unlocking the Navigation Restrictions in the menu settings.

Could this be a problem with the LMS? I replay the slide on the LMS and it locks, not rewinding and disabling the next button.

Hi Elizabeth,

If the course is working as expected in Review 360, but not in your LMS, it's possible that it may be related to your LMS settings.

I'd try testing your course in one more environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to see if it's truly related to your LMS, or whether our support engineers need to take a second look at your file.

Let us know what you find out!
