I checked community for this issue and thought it helped but still no luck. I'm trying to get sound when the Next button is clicked. However when I click the button no sound is heard (( I made sure my audio file trigger was first). Can someone offer assistance
I do see that you have two triggers associated with your custom Next button:
Play media "Mouse double-click" sound when user clicks
Jump to slide Next slide when user clicks
The transition to the next slide is happening so quickly that there isn't enough time for the "mouse clicking" sound effect to play.
If you want the learner to hear the clicking sound before the slide advances, try using this trigger instead: Jump to slide Next slide when the media completes "Mouse double-click" sound.
