I have a presentation that advances fine when clicking the "next" button in the storyline player. However, if a user goes back using the "previous" button, the next button disappears. I do not want to "reset to initial" state, I just want the next button to remain there.
Is there a variable or a setting that someone can recommend?
Do you have a sample of a couple of slides? A next button typically does not disappear like that unless you have told that to happen, you should not need to create a variabe or trigger for it to be there.
Hi, Dean -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! In addition to Ron's request to share your file if issues persist, I thought I might also stop in to pass along another discussion where a similar situation was reported in case you'd like to take a look: Next button not always appearing when you go back to a slide.
