When using the "restricted" option it states that the user can click to a slide previously visited. However, I am finding that is not the case (the NEXT button is remaining ghosted). I'm using 360. Any ideas?
there were two triggers on each slide for the NEXT button - when user clicks and when timeline ends. I removed the 'when timeline ends' trigger and now it's working as you expect. I also added in the menu to test. I've only removed the trigger off the first few slides to show how it works.
So did you still want them to be able to click NEXT to move as well? Not sure I'm following how you want this to work.
Each video plays, moves to next slide automatically, wants to go back to review a slide - that means the video will replay and they will wait until the end of the video to move forward?

do you have triggers that are disabling the Next button on the slide?

No, I do not have any triggers that would prevent the NEXT button from working. Attached is a .story sample for you look at.
