I've deployed a SL2 course to several hundred users and it seems to be working fine except for one user who says that the next button is not working. I proxied into his account and it seems to be working fine - does anyone know what might cause the next button to not work on a user's system?
I’ve had a query like this before. The problem was that the window with the course was sitting under the computer’s task bar, and the next button couldn’t be accessed (because it had something on top of it).
Basically, they thought they were clicking 'Next', but were actually clicking the task bar on top. The simple solution is just to scroll down to click next, or maximise the window so that it fits the screen properly.
Hopefully it's nothing more complicated than that.

Hi Adrienne!
Do you know how the user is viewing the course? Are they using a supported viewing environment?

Thanks David for sharing that insight! This discussion is a bit older, so Adrienne may not be watching but I bet that idea will help someone else!
