I'm hoping you all can assist me. I have a project where the next button is not working in the title slide nor are you able to advance clicking on the menu. Here is a link for the project. If you can please assist me with explaining how to fix it, that would be great!

And, you may also want to take a look at some similar posts over here as well as here, and let us know if any of the proposed ideas does the trick for you!
Walt has the answer ... you have the menu is set to "Restricted". I changed it to "Free" and the Next button and main menu navigation work as expected.
Glad you were able to find the solution that you needed. I wanted to pop in and share our documentation for anyone else that may run across this thread.
You can restrict or lock navigation in an Articulate Storyline course to prevent learners from skipping ahead without actually finishing the content. Here's how.

If you have restricted the menu, neither the next button nor the menu items function before the timeline of a slide finishes.
If that is not the problem, maybe you could attach your story file, and somebody could take a look at to see if they can help.
