Ideally, if the menu is set to restricted and the checkbox for restricting prev/next is checked it should let users use the next button when revisiting the slide. However it seems to be not working or broken. It works on some slides and not on others. Anyone else facing the same issue? Why would that happen. I cannot share the actual file but am not able to recreate it yet in a test file.
You're right--with that restricted navigation setup, learners should be able to go back to previous slides and click the Next button without restriction.
Let's focus on the slides in your project where that isn't working correctly. Are there any triggers on those slides that would disable or restrict the Next button in any way?
