Next button to progress forward

Hi there, well first time on this Chat and would like to ask the following as I am viewing 360 after using Articulate Presenter for the last 2 years and there are a few changes to adapt to.! Have progressed well but a few Areas are still cloudy. Some slides move Forward when the "next" button is pushed but some slides do not not. Could be a silly question but am sick of wasting time on such a small issue. I can only find how to disable not enable:-)
Thanks and cheers

Hi Mark
welcome to the world of Storyline :-)
one thing to check - Player > Menu options. If the menu is set to restricted, the next button won't progress until the timeline ends. Alternatively it may be triggers.
If you want, you can share your story file here in the forum by using the 'add attachment' button to upload. Makes it easier for someone in the community to suggest a solution based on your specific file setup.
Just make a note of which slides aren't working for you.
Hi Wendy, thanks alot for your advise but I had already checked that one as I am familiar with that in presenter. I do have some Triggers and am not sure if this could have something to do with it. Some slides (with Triggers) do move Forward as normal after Publishing and some dont.
Unfortunately I cannot upload my examples as the Content is restricted for a certain industry but appreciate your help and any other tips you can think of.
Regards Mark
It could be trigger order. Can you screenshot the triggers of the ones not moving forward.
Hope thats what you meant Wendy. This is from 2 slides, cheers
Hey Mark - the images attached still make it difficult to tell. I know you mention you could not share the content, but even a sample of your .story file would help. You are welcome to share privately here and one of our support engineers could take a look.
Hi Mark,
I'm not seeing any reference to a Next button in the trigger panels - that could be the issue. Ideally, Leslie's recommendation about sharing the file with support will be easiest to help you solve.
