NEXT Button Won't Work!

In the attached, very brief "course", the NEXT button isn't working on slide 1.1, 1.3, and 1.4.

I've checked to see if there's an update that might fix it (there is none), confirmed the triggers are set correctly, and even tried telling the trigger where the next slide is (instead of relying on the default "next slide" parameter).

I see some older posts on this but I need some quick help on this and wanted to make sure others saw it :).  Please help! Thanks!
