NEXT Button working VERY slowly

The Problem...
The NEXT button takes a few seconds to respond and jump to the next slide. It is even slower when reviewing the 20 question knowledge check. File attached. Please HELP!!
Background on the file...
The quiz based Storyline file contains no audio. The delay occurs when in preview and published viewing (including in our LMS). The users choose their language on the first slide and it takes them through the English or French "legs" of the course. Once they complete their respective "quiz" with >80%, it takes them to the same acknowlegement slide (in a final scene) on which the completion of the course is based.

Hi Josh,
Thanks for sharing your file here. The next button won't advance the user to the next slide until the slide's timeline has ended since you've set up the menu navigation to "restricted". This is true even if you don't have the menu enabled. There are a few different forum threads where users have set up ideas or solutions to workaround this default behavior and the one that seems to be the most popular is the solution shared here by Bobbi.
