Next Buttons, Animation & Resumed Saved States

Jul 27, 2018

I have a slide that includes some animation and I have set a trigger to disable the next button and then another trigger to return it to normal when the animation has completed.  I have also set the slide properties as 'Resume saved state' when revisiting.

My problem is that when revisiting the slide, the animation doesn't occur (as the slide resumed to it's saved state as requested), so the next button doesn't go back to normal.

Does anybody know how I could make this work so that the next button is normal on revisiting the slide if the animation doesn't occur again?

Thanks

The next button is on the player. And the animation is on the slide.

You probably need a condition that sets the next button to normal since you don't have the animation to activate the trigger.

One option is to create a T/F variable that tracks if the animation is complete. Then when you revisit the slide you can have a trigger that says change state of next button to normal when timeline of slide starts on the condition that animation is complete.

Here's a tutorial that should help.
