Hi Yogesh,

Thanks for sharing those images and sorry to hear you've hit a snag! It looks like you've added some custom buttons to your slide and that they aren't showing always? It would help to take a look at the slides in question to see the triggers, states, slide properties, etc. and know more about where and how you're testing the course?

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to our team privately by uploading here.

I’ll delete it when I’m done troubleshooting.

Hi Yogesh,

If you're viewing content published for LMS or web offline, you could be encountering various security restrictions that would cause content to not play back as expected.

I published a copy of your course to Review so that I could test it, and that version showed the buttons throughout. Can you take a look at my example? Can you try uploading your content to your LMS and testing that to see if they appear?

Hi Ashley,

I have checked publish LMS setting and make zip by storyline and update on scrome cloud, first 3 to 4 slide next, previous, transcript, and menu button will hidden, disable, and normal also. I am facing this problem on latest storyline update Build 3.24.17733.0.

If I have check other person with lower version with old storyline 360 version with trail its working fine. I think in latest version Build 3.24.17733.0 some problem facing.

Hi Yogesh,

A few more questions as we dive in a bit deeper to take a closer look:

  • Were you able to see the issue in the example Ashley posted above?
  • What slide(s) are you running into the issue on?
  • You mention a lower version of Storyline 360. Did you have someone publish the content in a previous version or is that just someone taking a look at the file you published?

I'd be happy to publish to LMS as well and test once I know which slides to focus on.
