The Next and Previous buttons are showing up differently than how they are labeled. I checked the Text Labels under the Player Properties and they are correct there. When I go to preview the project it looks like they are just one letter instead of a word. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks.
It sounds like you checked the correct Properties. At this point, I suggest you submit the case to the Articulate team. Note that you'll need to upload the Storyline file so they can test it. If it's got content you can't share, then create a copy with only a few slides that show the problem.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
