The no answer selected box is automatic and cannot really be suppressed. You can trap it by using conditions on the submit trigger and then show the incorrect layer if none are selected, as far as the results slide is concerned the question will not have been submitted.
I use conditions on the submit trigger (show the "incorrect layer" if radio buttons are Normal state) The question show me the "incorrect layer", but after that again the "no answer selected" box apper in the top.

But How can I trap it?

YOu would have to trap by using a condition submit interaction if one of the buttons is selected and then show layer in none are selected
