Hi there, R. Thanks for the link - that was super helpful! I saw no audio or video on the first slide in the HTML5 output in Chrome. When I changed the URL to view the Flash output (story_flash.html), I saw there was a video with audio, and audio worked on the remaining slides.
I looked at the source code, and I saw that this course was created with Storyline 360 update 7. We've released a few updates since then, and we're currently on update 21. Those updates included addressing internet browser policies preventing media (audio and video) from automatically playing.
Here's how to update Storyline 360. Once you've updated Storyline, publish another version of your course and upload that version to your web server. Let me know if that does the trick!
