No completion & pass/fail registration in the LMS
Hi everyone,
I took over a course from a colleague and had to republish a lesson after some minor changes. Testing the course in the WEB environment no issues were found. Published the course for the LMS (Formats: HTML5, Tracking: Result slide, Tin Can API) and uploaded the package to the LMS went well. Running the course went well too except after finishing the course the LMS did not registrar the completion and score. Does anyone have a way to trouble-shoot this issue?

Thanks, the upload to the https://cloud.scorm.com gave me all the xAPI trigger information.
Problem solved.
i have similar issue and test fine on cloud scorm but not well in LMS

Since the project works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I advise you to reach out to your LMS for more information and troubleshooting.
If you can share the name of the LMS you use, others in the community might also offer suggestions.
