Estoy intentando grabar un software de gestión de Farmacia para hacer un manual pero no está funcionando.
Grabo la pantalla, pero al guardarlo como "Diapositivas explicación paso a paso/Pasos de modo vista" no se guardan las diapositivas correspondientes. Ni siquiera se ver mover el ratón.
Si lo pruebo en cualquier otro lugar, internet, powerpoint... funciona correctamente.

That can happen when the software or website doesn't report enough data to Storyline's screen recording process. I'd start by ensuring that Storyline and your pharmacy software are installed on the same computer with the same level of user privileges (ie if you run Storyline as an admin, is the other tool also set to run as admin?).

I'd also suggest checking that you're using the latest update for your version of Storyline ( Storyline 360, build 3.30.19518.0 or Storyline 3, build 3.6.18134.0 ) and working on local project files as detailed here.
