no index.html file in published folder and it causing play icon freeze in android.

I use storyline,captivate and ispring the later two generates index.html file which can be used on web mobile and andoid ios app development as phonegap cordova and those work fine.

 But renaming storyline story.html to index.html results me with play unclikable play icon on screen. Please help me l love storyline and use its web content for andoid app creation but when tbe app is built it always gets stuck on opening page with a play icon which is not clickable but it works on emulator well may be it is falsh but i have published html only and gave me the stucking icon.
