Hi everyone
I have been using Storyline on Thursday morning when suddenly I received a pop-up message that I need to sign in on Articulate 360. After signing in, I receive a message to connect to the internet, but I am connected to the internet. I thought there was something wrong with my PC, but I've tried it on 2 other PCs as well and it gives the same message.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

It has been resolved. I am not sure how to delete my post.
I have this happen frequently and rarely is it the servers. If my computer goes into sleep mode, connections in Articulate are lost. (Content Libraries, Review site, etc.) I have to reboot. Rebooting takes a long time causing me lost productivity - and I often have many applications open during my development process and for my job.
Please... can you consider have a reconnect function in the tool to avoid this. I verify that I'm logged into the Articulate 360 site, so I am connected. This is a point of frustration for me and now... I will get off my soapbox... until I get disconnected again. Thanks!
I had this happen too while i was VPN'd in to my company. I was able to open it with VPN disconnected and then it resolved by VPN too.
Problem is, I'm getting the not online message when accessing Content Library from within Storyline. Any suggestions/resolutions??
Hi Keli,
We've seen a few scenarios where a VPN was blocked from accessing certain network endpoints and ports required, so I'd start by working with your IT team to have them enable the network endpoints and ports listed here.
Let us know if that helps or you're still seeing an offline error message!
I am still having this issue! It occurs randomly. Sometimes if I reboot enough it will connect, but I have a short deadline today.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into, Sarah.
I've opened up a support case on your behalf so that you can work directly with one of our support engineers.
