With our current authoring software, we use java script and http post to integrate and track. We pass in variables, like student and course IDs, and when the course is complete it passes back to us that info plus the final exam score. We accomplish this using java script and http post.
We are looking to possibly switch to Articulate, but aren’t sure how to accomplish the tracking if we don’t have an LMS.
Thanks Michael! Excellent, so you can set up a java script trigger that would call the website. The question still is how to get the data into the course so it can be passed back to us later.

Hi Christine, welcome to the community.
In Storyline, you can also use JavaScript and you should be able to use similar scripts and http post statements. See here for some info on using Javascript with Storyline: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/javascript-best-practices-and-examples
