No option to zip file after publishing

not sure which version of SL you are using - check out these links about erratic behaviour and repair.  Or before that you could try creating a new project file and importing your story into that.

Thanks, Wendy. I'll have to ask our Administrator to try these things, as I'm not able to install software on my computer.

While you're waiting you could check a few other things like:

• directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters, and
• avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in file names.

I saved the file to my desktop, and am trying to publish to my My Articulate Projects folder in my Documents folder – so the so the directory path is pretty direct!
I have no special characters in the file name: Shire

Bugga - sorry Debi...looks like it might need a repair.
