I'm trying to publish a Storyline file to upload to our LMS. The file appears to be publishing, but I never get the "Publish Successful" pop-up where one can choose .zip file - I just get the opportunity to hit the publish button again. I must be doing something wrong... But I don't think so. Can anyone help?
not sure which version of SL you are using - check out these links about erratic behaviour and repair. Or before that you could try creating a new project file and importing your story into that.
Thanks again, Wendy. It’s still not working.
I saved the file to my desktop, and am trying to publish to my My Articulate Projects folder in my Documents folder – so the so the directory path is pretty direct!
I have no special characters in the file name: Shire

Thanks, Wendy. I'll have to ask our Administrator to try these things, as I'm not able to install software on my computer.

Bugga - sorry Debi...looks like it might need a repair.
If you are desperate and need the file published and zipped do you want to upload it and I can do it for you.
