No "other" in player settings

I want to change my player settings (specifically to turn off the lock at optimal size, which looks horrid on surface tablets and the like), but for some reason I don't have "other" in my player settings. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline.
HELP!

Hi Kayla
check your DPI setting - should be set to 96DPI and are you working locally and not from a network or usb drive - these things can sometimes affect the SL display
