No preview

Sep 22, 2019

Preview does not work. I have rebooted. I have imported to a new project. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have done a search to see what others have done to remedy this issue and I have found tons of others with the same problem and no remedies whatsoever.

There does not seem to be any support here. No number, no one to contact. No one to speak to. Clicking on support only takes me to help files and ultimately here to a discussion.

This is lousy support.

Extremely disappointing. I cannot see purchasing this product and I have wasted my time creating a project here.

Hi Melanie,

Good day.

I understand the frustration you are having. Like you, there are those having issues with this as well. But as a community we do try to help out each other.

If you would be inclined to, can you please attach the project you are working on so we can take a closer look? We, as a community, might be able to work something out.

Thank you.

I was just having this same issue (getting an error message when previewing, then nothing would happen when I clicked on the preview button).  I ended up deleting an image in one screen that I had added from Articulate's Content Library, and voila!  All better.

Not sure if your issue was related, but if anyone else is having a similar issue and comes across this thread, I thought my remedy might be something else to try...
