I cannot preview my project. It will allow me to preview some, but not all of the individual slides. When I try to preview the entire project, the preview screen comes up blank. Thoughts?
One of the slides contains a link to a web video, which I realize is not viewable in preview mode (however, I beleive in the past on other projects I've received a message saying it it not viewable in preview, but I did not get that message today). However, another slide simply has text and a picture. Not sure if this is relevant, but both of the slides that I cannot view contain layers.
I figured the issue out. I had text boxes with soft edges on both of the slides that I was having problems with. I removed the soft edges and now can preview them.
I am glad that you were able to resolve your issue. If you wouldn't mind submitting a support case though, I would appreciate it. It sounds like this is an issue that needs to be investigated further. If you would make sure to include your .story file when submitting the case, that would be great. Make sure to reference this forum post as well.
