No prompt to resume for AICC course

The directions you linked were for Presenter, so I just wanted to link the specific Storyline ones as the directions are a little different. 

Also, have you tested your file by loading into SCORM Cloud? Directions on how to test your AICC content within SCORM Cloud are listed here.

Thanks for responding to my post.

I did follow the directions for Storyline. However, the result is the same; no resume prompt. The directions help with the resolving the cross-domain issue but not the resume issue.

Yes, I did load the course on SCORM cloud and it did display the resume prompt but as you know that SCORM cloud converts the AICC course to play as a SCORM course so it really did not help.

I've seen many posts on this forum but no one seem to have succeeded in getting the resume part work for a cross-domain AICC course. Did you review the debug log I attached? Is there anything I can change in the relay.asp file to make it pass the bookmarking information to the course?

SCORM Cloud plays AICC content as AICC content.  SCORM Cloud is not capable of converting AICC Content to SCORM Content, so if the behavior of your Resume is working there as expected you'll want to check with your LMS team. 

The directions within the cross domain environment link I previously shared can be complex, but in the times I've seen users implement it (and even when I've done it myself) it works as expected.
