Upon successfully completing a quiz my users are, properly, asked for their name and then get to print their certificate... but a blank screen appears. The published output has no report.html or quiz image file. My end goal is actually to create my own report and quiz image but shouldn't default files be in place?

Hi, Brian -- I did a search in our ticketing system to see if I could locate your ticket, and unfortunately, I do not see anything that matches with this question. Please provide the ticket number as Leslie requested, or if you are comfortable sharing your file here in the thread, please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box to browse and attach your file.
