When I create a two-line text box, I cannot indent the second line without creating a hard return and spacing over a few spaces to line up the text with the line above, because the ruler does not have movable indicators (like PowerPoint has).
The problem is that when published, the second line comes in after the first line instead of at the same time as desired. I have also tried creating a separate text box for each line, but these do not appear simultaneously either.
I was not able to replicate what you are describing.
However, I have found that grouping objects keeps their entrance synchronized. Try putting your indented lines in a second text box, and then group the two text boxes.
Also, be sure that the text boxes don't have animations that differ.
You can copy and paste formatted text from Word and your indents will be retained. You can also adjust your line spacing, etc.. Once you have this in Storyline, you can copy the formatting for the block to another text block.

Hi Elizabeth -

My previous suggestion will help with the formatting but not with the timing. Formatting and timing are not related.
