Thanks, Andrian. Most files do have sound when published. But I have come across three files in my project today that are silent in the preview mode. Any thoughts?
Do those files have sound when published? I am trying to determine whether there is something wrong with the file or with Storyline. If those three files have sound when published, then it's a Storyline issue more than likely. If the published files don't play sound either, then it's probably an issue with those files.
