I am using storyline 360 since jan. 2017. I have problems to hear what I have published on my LMS when I use my ipad. (It only works with earphones). Any ideas what I need to do? It works totally correct on the computer.
The provider of my LMS says, this has nothing to do with the plattform... maybe...
Hi Birgit, thanks for reaching out! Have you tried testing something besides a Storyline course, such as a YouTube video? I would be interested to know whether you experience the same audio problems there. If you do, you'll want to check your iPad audio settings.
HI Alyssa, no, I do not have problems with any other apps. Youtube, music, anything else works, not only on my IPAD. I had the problem also on my colleagues IPAd, and also on customer IPADs. So it can not have anything to do with my device.
Ok, that's helpful to know. The next step would be to try the course in another learning management system, like SCORM Cloud. It's industry standard for LMS testing, and it's free!

Interestingly we all had the same one. We used the IPAD with the "don't disturb" function in a meeting. This caused the audio problem with the LMS - incredible.... Thank You for Your help, problem is solved!
