Hell0 - I am unable to find the trigger panel on SL 360. Things I have tried are;
1. grabbing the side of the screen - I have been unable to get the little black icon up (it wont appear)
2. redocking windows - I don't even have this option in my view screen - what gives? (I did find it in the narrator screen and clicked that but still doesn't fix my issue
3. Adjusted my dpi for a Vista machine to 100% as suggested.
That screenshot looks like you may be using Powerpoint and Articulate Presenter. All of your Presenter options will be found under the Articulate Tab, but you will not see a triggers panel as that is for Storyline as Wendy alluded to.
