Non-functioning aspects of Storyline

I have been having issues with the Hyperlink function and print reports from quizzes.

1. the hyperlinks work when I test them in the trigger but when I publish them (to the web) they will not work. These have been tested on the website where the course will reside with no success. Any suggestions as to what is preventing them from working once published.
2. I have gone through all the steps to set up a results slide from a bank of quizzes, checked all the options for printing reports and changed the security on my computer. However, the print report is not functioning when I publish to a website. I have gone through all the steps outlined in books, the tutorials and other Articulate resources but nothing seems to allow this particular function to work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I must add that I am not a technically gifted person so please try to keep it simple for this non-techy!
