I have edited the Options of the Results slide and it won't show the answers I clicked correctly. It says I got the answer wrong when I know I clicked the correct answers. Thankfully, it doesn't seem to be messing up with the actual results, just reviewing the individual questions.

Ah I see, it´s the "resume to initial state" causing this. You have to set your slides to resume saved state. Similar discussion here. :)
