Hi Ashley, I tried the uninstall/restart/reinstall and the problem is still happening. I have to user task manager to close any course i'm working on in Storyline 2. I guess the next step is the erratic behavior link you sent. I'll try that one or just contact support

I think what Gerald was trying to point to were the steps here to resolve erratic behavior.

I was having this same issue and had to go to Step 3 here and that resolved the issue.
