I could not download photos from content library, it shows some error in internet connection. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Attached screenshot for reference.
Is this your first time downloading photos from the content library? If you are connected to the internet and are getting this error try running the diagnostics as described in the following article: How to Run Diagnostics
It might be a connection issue between your system and the Articulate servers. If you have a firewall or security software installed, this list should help you identify which services and port needs to be whitelisted in able to allow Articulate 360 to work fully. If it is a work computer, you might have to get assistance from your IT department. Here is the article: Network Endpoints
