Hello Fadzil,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing when publishing to your LMS.

Are you seeing the same issue when uploading to another LMS environment, such as SCORM Cloud, or is the issue limited to your LMS?

If you're able to replicate, then with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your .story project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

This appears to be Moodle LMS, upload director permission related issue and not a SCORM output issue. Its where the LMS / Server Admin can fix the upload_dir permission or configuration. Since it was working in past, it could be due to some security or permission changes at OS level. This reference may help the Server admin check the issue : https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=203537
