I'm not able to upload a SCORM .zip file in Moodle. I will get an error saying 'PHP is missing a temporary folder'. I've tried with different project also got the same problem. I works previously. Please assist.

Are you seeing the same issue when uploading to another LMS environment, such as SCORM Cloud, or is the issue limited to your LMS?

This appears to be Moodle LMS, upload director permission related issue and not a SCORM output issue. Its where the LMS / Server Admin can fix the upload_dir permission or configuration. Since it was working in past, it could be due to some security or permission changes at OS level.
