Not able to view or add illustrations

Hi!  Illustrations are not coming up for me.  I searched here and found that network endpoints and ports need to be enabled and I gave the list of all of them to my IS department.  They said I am all set on access but I still don't see illustrations.  I see photos and icons, but not illustrations.  The size dimensions show up but no picture to go with them.  My IS department referred me back to you all.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Smart move to start by checking the network endpoints, and I'm sorry to hear the illustrations are still locked.
