I have several modules that all require the user to visit all slides for completion. During testing, if the user completes the entire module with no breaks, Skillsoft indicates Complete. If the user completes part of the module, exits, resumes, and then completes the module, the indicator doesn't change from Incomplete to Complete. Any thoughts? Thanks so much.
I'd begin by reviewing this article on troubleshooting common LMS issues, and look specifically to testing the course at SCORM Cloud, an industry standard testing method for SCORM Content, to see if the behavior persists. If it does, please let us know and share your Storyline file with us so that we can take a look, and if you'd prefer not to share here you can always connect with our Support engineers or I can send you directions on how send to me privately.
Thanks so much. Several of my colleagues told me I shouldn’tchoose 100% for completion. I changed to total slide count minus one slide, andthat seemed to correct the problem.

Thanks Sharon for the update and I'm glad you were able to get it working as you needed!
