"not connected"

Hi , I'm working on my first solo e-learning and every time i try to use a template slide i receive an error message:
"The template download did not complete successfully. Please check your connection to Articulate 360 and try again."
I also cannot download any new characters.
What connection is that referring to? I have internet connection.

Hey Katy!
Sorry you're hitting that error message. You may need to work with your IT team allowlist these websites to access the Content Library 360 characters and templates included with your Articulate 360 subscription.
Give that a try, and let me know how it goes!
